Products purchased in the RMTPC office can be returned within 15 business days of purchase as long as they are brought in to the office and found to be unopened and in excellent condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Returns of online purchases are handled as follows:

• The buyer pays the return shipping costs;
• We must receive the returned item(s) within 15 business days of the date of purchase;
• There is a 15% restocking fee.
• If the return is due to our error, we pay shipping and restocking fees. The return must still be accomplished within 15 business days, even if the error is ours, for credit to be applied.

Certain items which are not sealed may not be returned, such as teas, seaweed or herbal soup mixes, broccoli seeds for sprouting, and some items from the Weleda Pharmacy or Uriel Pharmacy or Mederi Dispensary. Please ask us if you are not sure if a product is sealed. Thank you.
